Played squash with friend. Had a good session where we went full out.
Been listening to "if books could kill podcast". I don't think my consumption was particularly mindful here.
Ate too large of a lunch. (600g). Lots of carbs. Crashing at 1pm.
Overall I'd like my energy levels to be more consistent. They don't even have to be high.
The only way to do that is to cut back on the caffeine and to sleep better. I think mainly my sleep is where I'm going wrong.
For today I'm now going to do some German and leetcode. Let's sit in the uncomfortableness here.
1.5hrs python. We're just messing around with the docs here. First time in a long time that I've felt self-motivated to do somethig. Not worrying that I'm not doing leetcode here. Let's just get ourselves on the court and then we can worry about drills later
The miku chalk bag arrived. Gonna climb tomorrow with it.
