I'm decreasing caffeine! Only have a cup of tea and a coke over the whole day (that's very little caffeine right?)
10am pick up. Spend the entire day at Piha with friends. We were just messing around. We first got some lunch as we left at 10 and took us two hours to get there. Had a burger and some fries. We just spend all our time messing around in the sand and the shore and played in the waves for a while. Then we went on a short walk. There was a good view.
It's good to have friends but I really didn't enjoy some parts of it. Oh well you have to take the good with the bad!
Finally get home after a really funny return ride. It's all good banter
Go to the gym after messing around on my phone way too much.
Honestly it was a low effort session. I've just spent the entire day walking around (16k steps) so I'm a bit tired at this point. The dips were not happening even though I wanted them to.
Do 10 mins of german afterwards. I think my shame in this area is eliminated. We have to start being proactive about doing this earlier in the day so that you have more positive mental energy to spend towards this.
Tomorrow is monday. Prepare for work. We have a new opportunity to do German!
